Who ships your set

When you choose a set here and press the button, you complete the order at our partner store. That store packs, ships and tracks the order, and the delivery date it shows at checkout is the one to trust.

Timing that varies

Most sets show as in stock. A few listings — our 12-pack of outdoor balls, for example — sometimes show a longer lead time, and our carbon paddle can appear as a pre-order. We mark those on the product page.

When the box arrives

• Check that every paddle, ball and grip tape listed for your set is inside.
• Unzip the bag and air it for an hour — new bags can smell of the factory.
• Wrap a spare grip only when the original starts to slip.
