If something is not right with your set, the fastest fix runs through the store you ordered from. Open your order there, choose return or replacement, and follow its steps; the store sees your purchase and can act right away.

Damaged in transit

Photograph the box and the paddle before you start a claim at the store — it speeds things up.

Wear and tear

Grip tape wears, outdoor balls crack in cold weather, and edge guards scuff. That is normal court life, and it is why every set includes spare grips. Rotate your balls and keep the paddles out of a hot car.
